Paseo United, LLC Privacy Policy and Non-Disclosure Agreement
This Privacy Policy and Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Paseo United, LLC, an education and business consulting company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the users of our education consulting services (“you” or “user”). This Agreement outlines the policies and practices related to the collection, use, and protection of your personal information and includes a non- disclosure agreement to safeguard confidential information.
1. Collection of Information:
We collect information that is necessary for the provision of our education consulting services. This may include, but is not limited to, your name, contact information, educational background, and any other information relevant to our services.
2. Use of Information:
We use the information collected to provide personalized education consulting services, communicate with you, and improve our services. Your information may also be used for administrative purposes, such as invoicing and account management.
3. Security:
We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. We regularly review and update our security practices to ensure the confidentiality of your data.
4. Non-Disclosure Agreement:
a. Definition of Confidential Information: For the purpose of this Agreement, “Confidential Information” refers to any information, data, or materials, disclosed by either party to the other party that is not generally known to the public and is intended to be kept confidential.
b. Obligations of Confidentiality: Both parties agree to treat all Confidential Information received from the other party with the same degree of care as they would treat their own confidential information. The receiving party agrees not to disclose, reproduce, or use the Confidential Information for any purpose other than the purpose for which it was disclosed.
c. Exceptions: The obligations of confidentiality do not apply to information that is (i) already known to the receiving party at the time of disclosure; (ii) publicly available or becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party; or (iii) independently developed by the receiving party without reference to the disclosing party’s Confidential Information.
